We dont take direct retail calls here at the shop. We ask that you contact you selling dealer for any wnty questions.

BUT posting here is the best way to get a hold of me personaly. We don't like PM's because it may not help someone else down the road that might have the same issue.

Well I called the place I purchased it from and they said to tighten the fitting more...tried that already and it didnt work. They are a FASS dealer down in Gainesville VA however lost the receipt and never did send in the Warranty Card. I was just trying to PM you the SN of my FASS and my address. Would email work?
