My wife told me that my box (race version) showed up today. Unfortunately, I am working a 48 hour shift so I can't try it until Saturday Will post results - man I hope it works first try - to break my bad luck with new box cycle!

So far so good with mine since I re-installed after my code/stall issue. I'd like to send it in for a flash, but what's involved with the flash (ie. what's being changed?)

She sure is fun on the 140 setting! As a matter of fact, just to see if I could recreate the problem and feel out overall drivability, I've been leaving it on the 140 hp setting for highway use and town. No problems and drives just fine. I'm wondering if the ECM was haveing trouble *understanding* what the heck was going on with the inputs. I'm not sure if the ecm 'learns' or not, but if so then maybe she's starting to 'get' what's happening with this little green box hooked to it.

Well the brown truck didn't showup yesterday (Thursday) so I called and the girl said it would be here today. I hope everything works right cause this has drug out to far already.

Jerry R .Thats a good idea keep in-touch with them. Thy are the best company I know of to work with. All the people their that I have talked to are very helpful and courteous I received my 140 H.P. box back in March and not one code or problem I have 04.5 2500 4x4 with 315 Hummers

just put my standard box in yesterday,very ez to install.truck ran great at 60 setting like it should be when stock.The only problem I had is when I drove home from work about 60 miles or so parked in driveway and truck started to idle funny like it wanted to stall then back up to idle than wanted to stall kept doing it .any ideas?

Check your wires and connections on both sides, Quad and Dodge!

I'm on vacation in Utah right now. My standard box was sent to Moab and I installed it there. When I tried the box out it was fine on the 30 and 60 settings. The 100 hp setting under hard acceleration caused a CEL and P0194 code (high voltage fuel rail sender). The truck immediately felt like it went back to stock power but ran fine. I called Jerremy at Quadzilla and told him about the problem. I installed the bypass plug and the CEL went out. I reinstalled the module then proceeded to leave for Escalante with two motorcycles in the back of the truck and my 7000 lb TT. I ran the box on the 60hp setting all the way over the mountain pass. No EGT issues, truck had good power and ran flawlessly and also showed a significant increase in hand calculated fuel mileage. (I am tracking all of this with and without the box and will post the mileage numbers when I return home). I will call Quadzilla when I get home to sort this out. I'll try to follow this thread while enroute.

Correction...that was a P0193 code not P0194 as I posted.
