The head was out .008"
The cutter did not touch the area around the water passages until .006" was removed.
Gasket was not blown, per se, but was weeping under high power. I think it is fixed now with a flat head.
Updates on gasket ideas are back on the front burner now. Looks like we might be needing some help here as the power levels get out of hand this year.
Cometic can K.M.A. after the last go round. Time for something else.
