Turbo upgrade

yes, loss of tire tread, slipped clutch, burned auto trans, speeding tickets, etc.
seriously, an aftermarket turbo will benefit a truck with very high egt's due to fuel boxes, etc. the factory turbo is only designed to produce 24-28 psi efficiently, a fuel box will boost fool and make the turbo build 40 psi, but with excessive exhaust temps, an aftermarket turbo will flow more volume at higher boost levels resulting in lower egt's but increased spool time, unless you throw on some twins.

So by only putting a upgraded turbo with nothing else, I'll be putting replacing the clutch with a twin disc much sooner, but only if i really do a lot of quick take offs ect... or will it just be too much alone?

Can you make twins with the existing stock turbo? Just by buying another turbo and adding it to the existing one or would you have to buy two new turbos?
