Im lookin for a cool down timer based on temp. And money is a huge object. Thanks

The Edge Juice/Attitude for 05s dont have a turbo timer...only the 06s do.

You could try an ATS turbo timer. I think they are like 200.

I think that bd diesel has a timer. My brother got one for his 07 d-max but looks to be a pain in the rear to install. He has a fear of tapping into the one wire for the ecm that timer tells to shut the truck off or something.

The best and cheapest is the isspro model, I believe I got mine from diesel manor for 114 bucks, works awesome

Not sure, I dont think it is an issue to put it preturbo though, I just happened to have a probe pre and post, so I used post. It takes a little bit to get the temp right, but it is worth it IMO

Because it is measuring the temp of the turbo output rather than the exhaust temps. The way it is explained is that EGT's are best measured pre-turbo while driving because it shows what the engine is doing. At idle EGT's in the exhaust manifold quickly drop, while post-turbo they more closely reflect what is still going on in the turbo.

No it dosent, but they told me that it isnt a problem to tee off of your existing probe
