Turbo Swap...code
P0234 I think is the code I pulled. Boost Pressure conrol PTM. I have no boost fooler on the truck. Do I need to put one on to make this code go away. I swapped out a Super B for the stocker. Any help will be appreciated.

No I did not. What Ohm do I need to put in its place? Whats the best way to tackle this task? Wouldnt I just be able to re-install my TST or get a seperate boost fooler to alter the signal? Sorry about the original post. It was late and I was pooped!

Cut the plug end off the waste gate actuator and solider a 100 ohm resistor and plug the harness back in. You can cover the resistor with heat shrink and tie it up.

I'm surprised your Super B didn't come with one, I know my HTT did, but I didn't need it...Its basically just a dummy plug, what hoseman said will work just fine also.

Its nothing that a company failed to give me. Its just an old one from a buddy's truck that we swapped a Silver 66 on in its place. Rip why didnt you need to do it? Already had done it from a previous swap?

In most cases the resistor will do the trick, but some trucks act differently and throw overboost codes randomly...so some will also need the boost fooler. Most new in the box turbos come with the resistor.
