TST RA49 install with FASS & mp-8

When I plug the rail preassure harness in to the motor does it matter if the mp8 or the tst goes into the plug first or not. I remember reading it but I cant find it.

Also there is some serious warnings about how you power the fass and whatnot in the TST instructions and as usual lately you cant talk to anyone at TST since their phones are down.

It reads:
"On a 04-1/2 and 05 Dodge:
DO NOT CONNECT A PUSHER PUMP POWER WIRE TO EITHER FUSE 36 OR 50 or to the "spare" fuse or relay. Doing so will destroy the cicuit board in the POWERMAXCR timing harness when the truck is runnung during Cool Down".

I did not install the FASS becouse my pump went out while I was on the road up in PA and now I dont know anything about it. I do however know that there were not any taps in the fuse panel on any of those fuses. So I traced the wires to the fass and find that they go to there own relay and fuse before the battery. So im good right?

Hook the MP-8 in first. You can run either one of them which ever way you want but I feel its better with the MP-8 first.

Ive tried to figure the logic behind why it would make any difference either way and I just dont get it. Unless the one or the other is changing the signal shouldnt it be the same?

Also doesnt the commander plug into alot of the same spots? Wouldnt this be a PILE of wires under the dash? Ive been zip tying wires for half an hour and I cant see putting much more in there.
