nooo.... im not trying for 9x9 i know it will fuel way more than i need.... im going for power. i changed the chip from a banks to the tst, and changed the propane to water meth ANDDD upgraded the turbo with a brand new big single and im = if not less power than before.

i should have more power, i dont....

so stacking an MP8 chip on top of the tst helps with low end power?? as in off the line?

the truck is geared to run on the freeway fast not around town im looking for all around pretty fast so far it works good on 3.2...... and the water meth really isnt doing anything.... anything more and it hits 1450 deg and shuts off......

i read up on the tst alot more in detail and im going to try and tune it but i wana hear people who have the same setup who are making it work... stuff just not adddin up... i have the air to move the fuel.

what do you mean the water/meth doesn't work? when you are spraying, EGT's don't drop? is the green light coming on as if everything is working?

its only 70-100 if you are lucky hp...so its not like nitrous but EGT's should drop.

they dont drop enought so that it doesnt hit the limiter really really fast. and i should be able to feel the 70-100 hp. when i flip the switch but i dont. and i know its working, cause the fluid empties the resevor pretty fast. and there is a change in smoke, i dont have a little green light hooked up i didnt wana put the light in, i know know what way the switch is for on. its also hard to read exhuast temps with the tst gauge. hey i can just go buy a gauge and just add it on right to prope hook ups right? i wana do that and get a boost gauge on it so i can read hard numbers.

what do u see from the water meth? i mean when your on it and turn it on do your temps drop fast? can u feel it kick in? i have a built auto tranny and when we get on the freeway for testing and whatnot we should feel it.

at 70 the trucks only at like 1600RPM so it should be righ in its torq peak.

I don't have my water/meth kit installed yet...its sitting in the shop.

Why don't you run more than 35-40psi out of the turbo?

the TST boost gauge isn't accurate. it gets its reading from the MAP sensor which is being fooled and only reads soo high. yes the gauge should be accurate to a point but then its not after that.

Install a stand alone boost and pyro and see what you see then. The TST pyro should be accurate....but that could be your problem.

The mp-8 raises the rail pressure. It helps on the bottom end. If you have a rail gauge it helps a TON on getting the right combo to get the max by keeping your rail pressure up.

how much bottom end does it help( MP-8)? we are thinking about adding a 4 stage propane system on for the low end. Now though i have been reading up on the MP-8.... should i be looking into this for more off the line power and more smooth power? is it worth the 600 bucks? is it just a plug in and play deal?

im going to be buying a solid boost gauge and a pyro. i set the boost limiter off, but the wastegate is set for 37psi, so im going to up it to 47 psi.

then im going to put a lockup switch on it, i think thats going to help because the trucks rolling on 37's and has 4.11 gears, and when u smash it it downshift and hits 3200 and by then im out of the torq curv.

i got the info on the turbo its a high tech HTB2
KILLER B2 64

http://www.htturbo.com/htb2.htm

so its got the air, just need to fiddle, but its getting better, all testing with water meth off, so thats also going to be added on top. tonight i went for a test run and put the timming on auto and that helped a bunch. are you guys settting your timing or letting it be set on auto??????

what is your guys tst's flashed at, what mode,?????? it says eccon, standard, early twins, or later twins? i know my modle is over the 5000 model, do i send it in to get changed, or can i change it?

i dont know what its flashed at im calling the company. is there a trick to adjusting it or do i have to send it in, the instructions say nothing on how to change this but there website says for 55 bucks they can flash it.

thanks again for all your guys help, truck is really coming along, if i can i will get some pics, the truck looks great really clean truck, now just gotta make it move those 37's a bit faster.
