I have been lookin for a box that comes with guages, just called and got some prices for the juice w/att. had another guy tell me to go wit tst powermax. havent heard a lot about them. anyone know if they are wortha dam

what would you recomend?

 

I have had an Edge Juice/EZ stack on my truck for over 2 years with no issues whatsoever. I wish I could say that about the TST I bought and had nothing but thrown codes. But the TST sure made more power!!! I just wish it was as dependable as the Edge. But maybe the 6 wire harnesses and 3 different Powermax boxes and moving ground locations to 4 different spots wasn't enough even for TST to make mine work when my truck was there at TST for 5 hours in their bay with 3 guys working on it after I couldn't get it to work myself. Maybe I should have tried something else........... I guess I'll just settle for the Edge stuff for now........

 

What is wrong with Edge prducts? I am runnin the hot juice and I love it never had any problems..

 

i havent heard anything bad about edge. just wonderin if the tst was very good. havent heard a lot about them except for that. they make lots of power. think ill go with the edge. they seem to be pretty solid choice

Why do you think that? There are many people who would disagree. If you are going for max power, then probably the TST. I have had nothing but great sucess with Edge and their support. I got a used unit off of ebay and had problems with the other owner messing up the harness. They sent me a new one free knowing I got it second hand. How many others would do the same?

 

what kind of problem did you have with the harness? i found one last night on ebay i was thinkin about gettin. lots cheaper than brand new

 

i have been running the hot juice with attitude for the last 9 months and i really like it never any problems with it but i'm looking at going to the tst pmcr49 cause i want more power.

 

The guy had the plug ends messed up where they go into the injector harness. The pins were burnt somehow, I dont think he pushed them in until they clicked. Get the "hot" turned on and it is very impressive. If you call Edge tech and butter one of the guys up, they can set it to full fuel to 3200 instead of 2700. Like the guy told me, "after I do this, I do not know you at all if you blow that thing up"

what did that hot flash cost you. i had that juice with attitude on my 01, and i think they wanted $150 to do it? i imagine prices went up though

 

It was 100$ for the hot flash. Spend a extra 50$ for the turbo timer. My Edge is there now for the turbo timer. They might do them both for 100$ though, just use your degree in B.S. They are all gear heads like us!

 

the stock edge doesnt have the timer? my 01 edge had the turbo timer stock. does yours have a fuel pressure gage or alarm on it?
