TST: boost fools or boost caps or both?

I'm trying to simplify some of the electronics under my hood. Right now I have a VA C3.1 pressure box, TST PMCR, and Smarty. The VA pressure box delivers rail pressure very similar to how the Smarty rail pressure programs work - strong on the bottom end and tapers off to OEM levels on the top end - so I'm looking at taking the C3.1 out and just relying on the Smarty.

Does the TST PMCR boost fool like most pressure boxes or would I have to purchase, say, a Quad boost fooler?

-Thanks-

It caps...is what you really need to know...it does not do the same thing as a C3.1 or MP-8 on the bottom...no low end boost exageration!
