ok hooked it up all good starts fine then go to shut it off and take the key out and its still running i know they have the cool down timer but this one is the r37 any ideas tried calling tst but to my understanding nobody works there all i got was the secretary two days in a row

My TST just started doing this too. However, it's the R49... and yes the cool down feature is turned off for sure. It only does this about 50% of the shutdowns and only seemed to start when the temps got into the 90's a couple of weeks ago. I am going to subscribe to this post to monitor your progress in resolving this glitch!

i bought it brand new and it worked perfect then took it off and for a different chip then put it back on and didnt work right
