True Milage on 2003 with Edge Juice / Atitude
I've got a 2003 Quad Cab twd 48re, 373, swb, swd, baffle removed ,silencer ring removed, tone ring mod. and Edge Juice / Attitude on level #3 got 23.78 mpg 40% city 60% highway hand calculated. Filled up at same pump with fuel at the top just before the return hole both fill ups. This is compared to 20.5 mpg stock before all these mods.. Can't wait to see what it will be towing my 29.5 fifth wheel which before could not get over 10 mpg. flat ground with tail wind.

Haven't run a test on level #1 that is were it is now and I'll let you know when I fill up again if there is difference between level #3 and level #1 but there is a big difference in stock and level # 3. The reason I tested it on level #3 is (old age) I forgot it was on #3 until I was several miles up the road.

My experience with the edge on an 04 dmax and my 06 cummins is that I did not get better mileage on level 1. I've heard a few other say the same about edge and say otherwise. But I do like the power gains from this setup. When stacked with bullydog on my 06 I've seen significant gains in economy

You know how it is when your like a kid with a new toy you can't resist you have to kick it up and put it down. When you do this in level #5 it's 5 mpg but a lot of fun. I do have a question about low boost fuel adjustment, when you have the option to select 1-5 if you select 5 being highest what does this do for fuel mileage. I don't know what it might it be about the higher setting getting better mileage on some vehicles but it might be that the timing being increased.

I would say that the increased mileage on higher settings can be linked mainly to the increased timing as mentioned earlier. That is if you can keep your foot out of it to not use all of the extra fuel. I have seen my mileage go from 10-20 MPG on the same settings depending upon how I drive. I am surprised to see how much of a gain you got out of the juice. With mine I could get maybe 1 MPG at best.

I to am not very savey when it comes to electronics but when it comes to costumer service the people at Edge are supper nice and quite knowledgeable and very willing to help. That is why I went with the Edge product. Just go to Edge web site and get their tec. # and give them a call.

Does the Edge throw off your overhead? I went from 18 to 13 after installing mine. I have not checked it by filling it up yet but why is there such a difference? I didnt change my driving habbits or anything else since the install.
