I noticed that also, the truck does not run that bad down low, it is when you get up above 25psi of boost it just wont go. When you haul a big trailer that is where you at a lot. As far as all of this goes the truck will not smoke at all, with the low fueling adj. all the way up it will not smoke.

Today could not find a good guage to mount in the cab so I going to order one, unhooked my fass 150 and hooked up my stocker which worked fine when unhooked. Still the same stuff.

This may sound stupid, however I recently installed a smoke switch. I've noticed that the truck seems to build full boost (36-40psi) more often since I've installed this. I can flip the switch on hit the pedal, flip off the switch and hit the gas again and build full boost. Defently something electranical going on.

I drove my truck today with a load for the first time since I have done all this diagnosing to no avail. I noticed when the truck sat for about 10 min. and I started it and ran it the thing would zing right up to 38 psi of boost.
After driving for awhile it would only build 21-24psi I came home and pressure tested the thing again and on the inside of the intercooler was a pinhole on the passenger side tank. Im going to replace and I will let you know what happens. I had already tested once and could not find anything but found it the second time.
