Trans question
Hi I got my 48re rebuilt with hight energy clutches, wider race bands, billet converter and shift kit with Borg warner governed solenoid. Is it safe for me now to run a tune like crazy larry ? I won't be doing any boosted launches or anything crazy just wanted to know if safe to run it daily for extra pep

Advocate of getting the ban button used on him...
I'm not much of an auto guy and not sure the numbers of the Crazy Larry tune but it sounds like you should be OK if you don't get to wild on the go pedal. Your input and output shafts will probably be the weak link now is all.

Single disc converter or triple? Stock flex plate? If you have a triple they are hard on inputs, and a stock flex plate is a very weak point as well.

Billet servo and accumulator to hold the increased pressure from the shift kit? Billet lever and strut and anchor? I would verify line pressures before hammering down.
