Theyll fit just fine.
I ran mine for two weeks at stock height before putting on my lift.
Rubbed the control arms before, and after the lift. Its only a slight rub, at FULL lock, no harm to the control arm or the tire.

Yes they will fit fine. I have them on stock wheels and like them so far. I have the suspension system on that's in my sig. They are a little soft becuase of the D rating. You will notice it going around turns at higher speeds. I would show a pic of my truck w/ them on, but the pics size are too big and I don't know how to make them smaller. So far I run them 45psi front/35psi rear and get a good ride w/ it. I will tell how they wear when I get more mileage on them. I only have a little over 3,000 miles on them. You can also fit a spare underneath if you have a single exhuast.
I also got my speedo/ABS done at the dealer to accomodate the 35" tire. I took a trip to Phoenix, AZ. from Norcal and the 1st tank was 18mpg, 2nd tank 17mpg and third was 20 mpg. I did hit some crosswinds w/ the first two tanks. All speeds between 70-75mph w/ cruise on sometimes. It's the same mpg as my 285's I had on. All diesel was ULSD. Not bad w/ 35" tires.

if the wheel are aftermaket with different backspacing than stock you will have to trim a little and center the axle which you need to do anyways with a 3" lift if its not already
