Doesn't this price seem too good to be true?

Installation is 13 per wheel spin balanced and installed...?

Sounds too good.... You know what that means... probably NOT...

My brother was able to get the Toyo mudders size 35x12.5/20 for $360 each, so I'd say $320 is doable.

That sounds about right.... I've got one vendor quoting me $336 a piece for 35/12.50/18's and another who claims he can produce them for $260 (his cost), but of course the higher priced ones I can have in about 1 week and the cheaper ones, well, I'm still waiting for a call back. (Been waiting since April! )

I just got back from Express Tire in Poway where I usually get tires and other work done. They sold me a set of 35/12.50/17's for $289 each, which I thought was pretty darn reasonable considering that Boardman at DRC is GOUGING the Dodge enthusiast for $350 each.

Well my price quote is not an issue since they can't get them in stock and have no idea when they'd be in stock... I guess since DRC has em', they can ask what they want for em'... Supply and demand and to the victor go the spoils... I guess.... and I know I'll just wait...

Les Scwab has them quite a bit and the shop in Sacramento wanted $311. Maybe you have them around your neck of the woods.

That's still called gouging in my book.

My brother just put a set of Toyo MT 35/12.5/18's on his truck last tuesday. He was just over 1500.00 out the door from Les Schwab.

Me on the other hand 1904.00 out the door for American Racing 6700 17x8.5 + Toyo AT 285/75/17.

Why are these pics so blurry? They look fine until I upload them. Any suggestions?

I dont care what tire it is, $300+ is to much for a 35" tire.

Agreed! What's driving the price up is the elephant strike over in Burma. They use them to help with the rubber tree production. The elephants are disgruntled, and apparently they're getting paid peanuts.

No one near me (Chicago) has em' or is able to tell me when.... Soooooo.

I'm probably gonna go with Parnelli Jones Dirtgrips in 35/12.5/17E's.

Much less money.

The Toyo's are really a b!tchen tire, but I don't think I could stomach paying $300+ each for them. Hell, I struggle paying $200 for tires!

I just paid about $300 US for mine, took 4 months to get them but I think it was worth the wait.

I paid $400 for my 37x13.5-22 so 17's should be able to be had cheaper. they quoted me $300 for 35x12.5-18.

deffinatly a good deal though.

as for them being to much I completely disagree. I have 30k and still have 40-50% tread. If I had bought a $200 tire I would be buying another set of tires right now most likely.

Quick Reply: Toyo MT's 35/17/12.50 for $320 apiece..?
