Towing with Smarty Jr.?
I was planning on getting an XZT for some mild towing safe power until I saw the Smarty Jr. Does anyone know if the 40hp and 70hp settings are safe for towing. I'm just looking for a little kick in power and the Smarty Jr. looks good.

the 70hp is named, TOWING... any program is safe for towing... towing at 150mph might not be safe... and some of these programs may or may not be safe with your stock tranny?
surely someone can enlighten you on here more than I can...

I've got the updated Smarty Sr. set on sw#1. With my load(2000# camper) and G-56 tranny it's as far as I'll go. Minimal smoke, dramatically enhanced driveability and a five minute download. It should be similiar to the Smarty Jr. settings. SW#3 has produced too much smoke for me. I'm opening up my intake soon and maybe increased air will help. Clutch holds in either setting.
