Towing with a Silver 64
Anybody here tow with one of these? I'm looking at buying one and just wanted to know if you guys thought I could spool it decent with the fuel I have? The truck is my daily driver and I also tow fairly heavy with it sometimes. Thanks!! Derek
Oh and my fuel mods are-airdog 150, dpp 90's, smarty and edge EZ....

If your looking at a 64 u might be better off with the SPS64, it has the 71mm turbine wheel and the Silver has the 74mm, so the SPS will spool a little faster! U can get a 64 with a 65mm turbine wheel witch will spool even better!
Most guys go for a 62 sized charger for their DD and tow rigs!

You will be able to spool the turbo with now probelms based on you mods..... Where you may have an issue is with surging, the 64's will surge more than a 62 and larger turbine wheels do help (the 71 seems about the best). Seeing as you have the 6 speed they are lees prone to this but it can still be an issue.
