None of them will add boost, boost is a byproduct of load. You need a boost fooler so that the ecm wont give you a check engine light. What a boost fooler doest is tell the engine that it is getting a maximum of 32 psi or whatever that model should have, while it is actually getting say 40 or whatever. To get extra boost, means extra fuel. When I run my setup with the edge on 1 I will only get 44psi, on 5 55 psi.

The diablosport predator is a great unit, but it wont do any boost fooling for you. The edge juice will

Mostly true. The fact is that these trucks have enough fuel to run well over the 32psi wastegate limit even when they aer stock (600) and well over 22-24 psi on the 03-04 trucks. You can use the boost fooler on a stock truck and increase boost a good 5-7psi with no modifications (600) and with a boost elbow (03-04).

This will keep peak egt's down while towing or hauling something or even on WOT runs empty.

The all do some duration but it is a pretty small amount. You are correct in that I do not really like duration only because of the technical difficulties it can cause. Most of this is related to driving the injectors directly though. We do it some through indirect signal modification and it helps on the bottom end. That is why they run so good down low.

Just bought an 06 and found a lot of threads about this topic. I would think advance in timing and duration would be safer than pressure? Is that correct? I would first like to add an exhaust, intake and then go to a programmer. I have an 06 auto, so dont want to get crazy with HP?

the diablosport power puck raises rail pressure I believe when it is with the downloader in the "stack tune". an edge juice on my 05 would make about 34 psi of boost from what I can remember. that was not a hot version on a stock turbo truck at the time
