Did you mount the sensor on the engine, or use a short piece of hose to mount it off the engine? Have you had any problems with vibration??

I put a Tee in the line coming from AirDog and put it in there... If you are tapping into the fitting going into the CP3, get a grease gun hose,

I did mine like JT. I was told engine vibration could cause premature failure.

I used a fitting recommended by 53 ******.This fitting comes tapped for the sender. It was a clean easy install. I have used it for about a year without any problems (knock on wood)

Where did you tap in, on the filter or Cp3?

I used the pre-tapped fitting from Glasier, & mounted it right @ the CP-3. No problems in 30K miles so far.

I already have a tapped banjo bolt, I thought that I had heard someone had problems with mounting the sensor right on the engine because of vibration???

Or was this just a problem with the old Quad sensors?

I have a Pricol gauge.

i did mine just like h64id did, about 8" from the cp3 and it vibrates the odd time just after it starts. not really a problem tho, works good.

it is the fitting that replaces the banjo bolt in the CP3.

Here is how I did it on my 05 with a 2 micron filter, I drilled and tapped the filter housing in the center. And this is the side going directly into the CP3.
