I could be wrong, but I believe the Canadian company is TCS, and the US company is SONNAX.... Like I said, I could be wrong though.

okay well heres where we are at.First off HTS is the bomb there is no better customer service that I have seen with this group. I spoke with HTS this morning and they already had read the post and they asked me to see if it was the out put and I would have 1 overnighted. Well friend did me favor and pulled transfer case and said said was broke so I called HTS back And they 2nd dayed one to me. So I get home and look for myself to see how bad. Houston we have a problem 1st is dont trust stupid friend so you pay overnight shipping fees. What I found is with truck running in neutral output shaft spins slow if I grab with hand it stops. So I put in drive and it spins faster but I cant hold it with hand. So I look at transfer case turn input in 2h and rear driveshaft spins put in 4h and frnt and rr spin put into neutral and neither spin. So I think I am an idiot and put back together thinking maybe transfer case popped into neutral and I thought I broke shaft and in confusion of it all while shifting both shifters back and forth trying to move was a bonehead and had 1 of them in nuetral each time. So I put back together start truck and guess what truck is still sitting on trailer so I guess I wiped my hands and called it a night.

To save your confusion....leave the truck in 4wd....it won't shift out till you slow to nothing at the end of the track...shifting it out is just a distraction.
