temporary replacement for fass pump?
my fass pump has been making strange sounds for a couple of weeks now. (sounds like rocks) i think a bearing might be going. so i need to send her in. but i need my truck-can't have my truck down for several days! is there a simple/cheap solution for me?? could i buy a cheap fuel pump like a holley or a pro comp and install it using my existing wiring/hoses from fass and get buy for a few days. i searched for a bit for a cheap used fass pump, but could not find one. any ideas?? thanks.

Throw a carter lift pump in there for now. They are super cheap and will work in the meantime. You will just have to make up some new fittings and stuff..
