Symptoms of bad injectors?

No, I do not think my injectors are bad BUT other than a hard start and some white/grey smoke what are the other symptoms? Can an injector be bad or goin bad and the truck still run good?

I was just curious, my truck is runnin as strong as ever but I like to keep an eye out for potential problems.

Thanks

some symptoms can be. alot of white smoke. engine missing, higher egts. higher oil level. low rail pressure. im sure there are alot more.
as for the truck running good im sure it is possible but it will get worse if you do have a bad injector.

I only experienced the truck running bad the very first time i blew my injectors truck was hard to start and cutting out really bad everywhere i went. The second time i know when i did it after thinking about it after I realized that truck was broke and I literally drove the truck 300 miles without a sign that anything was wrong egts were normal, coolant, engine noise no missing everything just wish i had checked the oil b/c I thinned out my oil and washed out the turbo. This last time I just happened to look in my passenger mirror trying to change lanes and realized that I was now the local mosquito fogger but the truck was running fine no rough idle, missing, power was still good etc just smoking and making oil. So I check my oil level now every time I go to fill up and sometimes inbetween intervals of tanks.
