sway bar endlinks

I know they are less than the aftermarket stuff - that how we came to design our own... OEM stuff breaks, new parts from dealer are $$ (dream on - the original pieces were junk!) and looking at the "fancy" parts was like $$ (let's just fab our own - that'll work better and be cheaper to boot!)
Supposed to be some updates getting published on the website this weekend - the endlinks should be among them on the steering/suspension page.

Both designs will fit with the OEM endlinks, but the SSSSS incorporates an integral sway bar drop mount to maintain the factory geometry with a leveling kit. That's why some folks have issues with the upper endlinks contacting the front of the springs when their truck has a lift w/longer control arms and longer endlinks and no drop blocks. The "lifted" sway bar rotates the upper endlinks towards the front of the coils.

I replaced mine about a week ago. The dealership wanted $103 each and I found another site that had them for $89 plus shipping for a pair.
Something to consider is the length of the links. You can get stock length or extended length for lifted or leveled trucks. If your truck is leveled you need to use the extended links or use blocks. It is one or the other not both.
I got mine from here: http://www.suspensionmaxx.com/mm5/me...ory_Code=DODGE
I am happy with them so far. Easy to install.

I've seen those - probably get the job done, but they're economical due to not having a heim joint end.
Hey, anything's better than cutting loose a couple hundred bucks for new Dodge pieces!

Looks identical to the lorenz ext links....question for all the suspension guru's....does it matter if the threads are showing? I had someone else put mine on (and the threads are showing)...when i read thru the lorenz install instructions it says no threads should be showing.....not sure if it's a big deal or not???
