Suggestions for Oversized Guage Location needed!

Im looking into purchasing a pyro for my truck that meters both, PRE and POST turbo temperatures with dual inward swinging arms with a range of 600-1600*F. The gauge is awesome, measuring in at a total overall dia of 3.5", requiring a 3.125" mounting hole. Where would you guys mount this in your truck? Im contemplating a dash pod similar to autometer's 3 gauge pod, custome made out of fiberglass and shaped to suit. What do you think of this idea?

Here is the prototype pic.

Why you may ask? Well, I just think it would be neat to monitor the heat put "into" the turbo. And it would be different, everyones got Diprocol, Isspro, or Autometers (to name a few) So, it would just be a different setup. What do ya think.

BTW - the Face will be WHITE, not black.
