Strange happening with Edge w/ atttitude.

03 with edge juice with attitude...

On level 3 if i am in 5th and down shift into 4th and give it full throttle it will show 36-38% slipage constantly, if im in 5th and just floor it, it will show around 6-10% slippage...

On level 4..Downshift from 5th to 4th and floor it, shows 0% slippage. in 5th and floor it, it will show 1-2% slip....
***...
Why is it slipping more at a lower level than a higher level???

5spd
3.73's-I think

I would have to say it does not work with a manual. There is no gear feed back from the transmission on what gear the transmission is in. That said there could be some little bit of math in the attitude where RPM and Speed are used to calculate a gear and then assume if there was a deviation from a know gear ratio it would mean there was slippage.

Fill out your signature to show what you have as that can also effect the answers you get.

All of the slippage readings are calculated. They could have 1 gear ratio in the trans messed up and it could throw the readings whacky?
