Here is my 04. chopped the muffler, put on 4" mandrel bent...right out the side. Here is a clip.

It seems to be ok at cruise as far as drone. I think that towing MIGHT be a lil loud...but its easily tolerable. I seem to drive with the back passenger side window down alot more too now....

I've got mine straight piped, still have the cat, and it goes all the way out the back to a 6" Gibson tip. Would there be any difference if I turned it out before the wheel instead.

Mine is turned out @ the wheel...but I'm stock so I don't have hardly any soot issues.
