Here is my 04. chopped the muffler, put on 4" mandrel bent...right out the side. Here is a clip.

It seems to be ok at cruise as far as drone. I think that towing MIGHT be a lil loud...but its easily tolerable. I seem to drive with the back passenger side window down alot more too now....

everything else is stock on the truck (for now). It does seem to get off the line a little faster due to a probably slightly quicker spool time but thats it. Nothing to write home about.

I've got mine straight piped, still have the cat, and it goes all the way out the back to a 6" Gibson tip. Would there be any difference if I turned it out before the wheel instead.

I had my muffler cut off and put a 5" Flo Pro tip on and I love the sound! Love driving through town it's loud!!!!!!!!

Mine is turned out @ the wheel...but I'm stock so I don't have hardly any soot issues.
