Straight Pipe/Muffler

Just drop the muffler and straight pipe the exhaust, but leave the cat in place. You will be suprised at the sound. With the cat on the exhaust, it sounds quiet deep and mellow, not overbearingly loud at all. Before you replace the stock muffler, I would suggest just removing it and leaving the cat in place and see how you like the sound.

Straight pipe heaven
Well guys I just got back from Rips garage (Source Automotive in Oregon) and I had Rob there put on a 5 inch shortie with a 6 inch tip (dumps out at the rear wheel well) and let me tell you about rattling some cars/houses/little old ladies crossing the street and so on .
