Hi,

I am considering a performance chip or programmer for my stock truck. First goal mileage , second goal perfomance and save the tranny. My truck only has 7000 miles on it so I am wondering which option I should go with , Superchips flashpaq or the Quadzilla XZT tow box? I like the idea that I can set the truck back to stock before going to the dealing with the flashpaq while the XZT has a bypass plug. Does the dealer seeing the wiring harness without the module fail a warranty? ANyone have experience with both these products? Timing Rattle? Problems? Thanks.

I have the Flashpaq and I like it. BUT on the Perf. Mode I don't like how the tranny sounds. Maybe it's just me but there is a def. sound difference. Is it a bad sound, I don't really know. But it's different. I've called a couple times and they keep telling me it's normal.

I leave it on tow mode.
