Stock throw out bearing same as with SBC DD?

Stock throw out bearing same as with SBC DD?
I think the throw out bearing on my sbc 3600 dd for the G56 is going out. Is a new stock one gonna be the same piece or different because of my dd clutch. I tried to call SBC, but got a machine.

Anybody know Peters email at SBC as I can't use a email program off their website due to work restrictions? PM it to me if you do please.

Any and all help appreciated.

i had a sb con fe in mine & replaced it with the 3250 dd and the throw out bearing was the same... hope this helps

The South Bend DD we put in my '05 last year came with an identical-looking throwout bearing, Keegan.

My bearing came damaged and they wouldnt send me another 1 so i got 1 from dodge?

Hello? And who are you? And you are saying what? You bought something from us that came damaged and we said take a hike? OMG Call me with a receipt # and a person you talked to. This is hard for me to believe but if it is true...heads will roll.

Im Mark and i bought this aboout a year ago and donot still have the receipt. And i bought the clutch from mark @ pdr diesels. i sent him several emails with pics of the damaged 1 and he would not cover it so i bought the bearing from dodge for about $160. Also my starter spacer was damaged but i did not need to use it

Ok, thats a PDR problem, not South Bend.

If you would have called Peter directly I bet he would have fixed you up right away.

Should have but pdr should have took a little better care pretty shady i thought needless to say they lost all my bussiness

Sorry if i missed it but are the stock throw out bearings the same or not? I have the same 3600 DD. It's always had a rattle but it's gotten worse. had it checked out and they said it's most likely the throw out bearing so...

New SB throw out bearing? Stock one?
