Stage 2 tips instaled
i found some new edge stage 2 tips for cheap so i had to getm. dang what a diff. left the chips and progamer on and that thing came to life.

it didnt take long after i fig out how to do it u need a 7/8 wrench to hold the inj after u grind it thin to fit between the lock and spacer. I used a impack to get the tip retaner lose. If i had to do again would prob take bout 2 hr

when DDP sends out tips, they send a tool to slide the injector into to put it into a vice. You send it back with your core tips.
I cant imagine trying to hold a 7/8open end, and torque wrench to 55 lb/ft i think.

I ground the wrench then put the injector into the teeth of the wrench. Next I placed the wrench(with injector) into a bench vice and squeezed the teeth of the wrench just enough to hold the injector firmly. Worked great.

I did bout the same thing clayh did just didnt squeeze the jaws of the wrench but thats a good idea. I just put the wrench in a vice an broke them loose with an impack and gave a good litte bump too tightn them back up. Becarfull if u spin it all the way off u might break the dowl pins that set the tips the carbon kinda makes the tips stick.

HOW did you guys get the injectors out of the head ??? I can't get mine out for the life of me. I spent 2 hours today trying to pull the injector out. And yes, I have the bolts out :-)
