Your currently are comparing two different items. The first is to keep the steering wheel feedback "cushoned" as if you hit a rock it won't jerk the wheel outa your hand. Dual's are good if your running over 35" tires, or off road a lot. If your more on road, a single will be plenty.

The second product is designed to stabilize the pitman arm, or shaft. There's alot of presure on the arm and it will lead to wear on the shaft of the steering gear, which will cause some play, commonly road wander.

Both are good products and if you have the money get both. I'm gonna test the durability of the steering gear and if it wears out, I'll have it fixed then I'll put that brace (2nd picture) you had on there. If it dosn't wear out then I'm good to go.

There's a million products out there to make your truck better, and if you bought all of them you'd be broke. Some are great, and I would recoment the pitman arm system first, as this will give you much better steering feedback.
