Front - CDT comps
Rear - Focal coaxs
Subs - 2 Adire Brahma 10's
Sub amp - US Amp's DE-1000
Highs/Mids amp - US Amp's 400X
HU - Alpine 9815
Custom fiberglass/MDF enclosure under rear seat

Lots of good info above, browse the sounddomain forums for some more ideas. Theres alot of companies out there that make a just drivers just as good, if not better, than the mainstream brands for alot cheaper.

good luck w/ ur future system
Jeff

You guys runnin the adire brahmas are they mark 2s or mark 3s?
Would a Jl 500/1 be enough for 2 adire brahma 10s?
Why run 6x9s in the front and 5 1/2s in the back?
Thanks for any help.

My Brahma's are mark 2's. Mine get about 600 or so a piece in a rather small sealed enclosure and sound real nice. Id think youd need a 1000.1 to push them both. Here's a page from Adire specifically about Brahma power handling. http://www.adireaudio.com/Files/BrahmaPowerHandling.pdf

Check out their tech info page as well.

Not sure about the 6X9's......i have 6.5's in the front and 5.25 in the rears just cause thats the factory size.

Good luck, definately recommend the Brahma, could also check out RE Audio's XXX........very similar design

No, I meant do you still have them in your truck with the subs, I dont need them I was just wondering if I put the Adires under my seats if I would have to take out my fold flat storage.

ooooo, whoops!

no, I had to completely remove them, along w/ all their hardware and the carpet inside those tray things. I laid fiberglass inside the trays then built the top out of MDF. The Brahmas barely fit as far as mounting depth goes, but they have plenty of air space inside the box.

Proly the absolute best sounding/looking design Ive seen entailed completely removing the fold flat floor and cutting out that entire tray section. With that gone you'd have plenty of space for a nice big ported enclosure and still be able to use your rear seats. Lot of work though.....

sorry about teh confusion

Thanks for the help, I think I have decided to go with the adire brahmas and jl amps, possible 2 500/1s or 1 1000s1 and maybe a 300/4 for my doors. Havent decided on what to run in the doors nor on a head unit, but non of that realy matters just yet cause I got to scape up the funds first, adire and jl are proud of their stuff, then I got to find somebody to build me a box.
Thanks again quant

no prob. Great choices too. I really think you'll like the Brahmas, plus its always cool to have something kinda different (like a bombed diesel ).

Good luck on the box/install. Def. can be a pain in the butt, check out sounddomain forums for some ideas even if you let a shop do it. Can get some ideas on they way you want it.

Very bright and very clean with killer bass.

In the works for the 05

5.25 Polk MOMO for the rear doors
Same 10's in Thunderform

The two 12's sit on the floor between the front and rear seat. still have foot space on each side of the subs too.
