SO what is everyone who has a BD downloader pup think about it?

So if I have a power pup and it has the flat spot is there a fee to get the upgraded program? Do I need to send it back through the place I bought it from or can I just send it back direct.............I bought it through a group buy.........Do I need to contact bullydog first?

I need to send mine back for a software upgrade too, lost cruise control. I called BDog and spoke with Justine. He told me to send it back, to the address on your manual, with a note as to what the problem is. They will reflash and send it back asap, no charge. Just remember to return your truck to stock before you drop the pup in the mail. I will send it US Priority Mail insured. It will cost around $4.50 to ship to BDog, return shipping is free.
