I think until the program is released in the next couple of days they were only giving it out to beta testers that had all the supporting mods. Studs, Cp3 and sticks are a must I think. But I think after the revo goes on the site you might be able to get your hands on it and play at your own risk. Probably a little too much ability for carnage for sum.
I didnt do enough reading to see if the future REVO's to the public will be vin locked like the beta.

I'm confused? I thought the TNT tune what the release of the 4.4. and the "R" version was even hotter and required springs etc... I am running 4.4 with no issues. Someone please clear this up for me. Thanks!

You know, this is just a personal and unqualified opinion, please take it as such: As much power as the TNT (not R) is capable of, (think for a moment beta 4.2-4 + 60hp) and the extra potential boost, or back pressure, (in any case, extra cylinder and therefore valve pressure) possible, and the fact that you will still get to 3500 rpm... I still say springs are good insurance... due to the fact on my engine at a mere 450hp and 50+ psi boost and 3500 rpm, I was experiencing a slight, but noticeable amount of valve float... Your experience may differ-- but do you want to bet your engine on it??

Folks,
You make it almost sound like we're teasing you or will allow only the buddies to get the Race tunes. The reality is a little different...
Example, fully preped race truck. That truck has been the FIRST one to test the 4K rev software with the previous beta tunes back in the days when nobody even knew that we were working on it. OK, with the beta 4.2 tune everything nice n'comfy.
Now with the Revo TNT/R tune they go dyno testing.
Second run, they lift the head a blow the hoses off the engine. Why? Simple answer MORE power. They had brand X studs in it and are now switching over to the golden ARP ones.
What does that tell us? With the power we can make today with just a downloader we're pushing the limits beyond the knowledge about the Cummins
acquired up to date. You don't want to be a guinea pig, right?
Second example, right yesterday a guy loads the Revo SW into an 03.5 truck. Start the engine and it runs away to full Rpm. OPS, glitch in my software... and fixed it ASAP.
That's why we do BETA testing with very few people. It's easier to fix one guy rather than several hundred. I think you get the picture why we can not release these softwares to the general public. YET.
Patience guys, patience, we're getting closer each day...
Makes sense?
