I'd stronly recommend staying away from Curtis plows. My friend had one on his 03 and it was cheap, poor quality.. we broke it just trying to attach it to the truck. They use rolled pins to attach pieces of the plow, just not strong enough. Their plow control is the one I previously reffered to as a 1980 Atari joystick, they destroy door panels. I've heard their trip edge plows are better, but after seeing my friends I'll spend the extra minute to put my Fisher on.

I have a Western 8.5' V-plow on my rig and it is great. (wasn't cheap though!) It does come down to locally available service though, the guys I bought mine from just weren't too quick on the draw but fortunately there was another shop in town that is absolutely superb to deal with and get parts in lickety split (haven't had any problems, just needed a new wiring harness when I moved it from the '03 to the 04.5)
Also, you only need to drill 4 holes for this mount!
Happy plowing!

Here is the site for the 810 but there are other plows larger and smaller.

I've seen that 810 around, looks like it would be great getting snow out from in between buildings! Those Blizzards are pretty heavy if i remember, must have scraped pretty well too!

I havent heard anyone talk about Boss plows. I put one on my '03 and love it. Its a heavy duty plow worth the extra money. I went with the V blade and will never go back. As far as as the professionals running Fisher...well maybe where your from but I don't think there are more than 10 running around central Wis. Alot of guys around here run Boss, some Western(which my dad has and it looks like a cheezy toy compared to mine), and a couple Blizzards.
