SMARTY ON THE WAY!!!!!!!need advice

Smarty should be here friday. Need help from anyone who has ran the superchip and smarty. Did a search but didn't really find what I was looking for. I run on performance setting and I was told that is somewhere in between #5 and #7 on the smarty. It coming with mild tq man. because my tranny is still stock. My question is what kind of egt's will I see comparing sc to 5 and 7 on smarty and also would like to compare boost also. I don't have guages yet(I know , they are on the way) just curious on what I will be looking at. Which is going to get best fuel mileage driving nice? I know it will be an odd number 1,3,5,7ect... Just trying to save a lot of downloading.

of course everyone is going to say wait till you have gauges, but if you dont heed that advice id stick to the max 5. i dont remember what my boost is w/o a boost fooler but its no more than 40 IIRC. your egts should be less with the smarty. your gonna love it

My best miledge with the mp-8 on 40% is the smarty on #7 22.5 hand calculated!! Smarty on #9 not soo much!!! I see egt while towing around 1300 degrees post but that has been the max! Load #7 and drive smart you will love it..

IMO if you're going to be stacking those to you're going to kill the tranny. I'd do one or the other, but not both.

YES and NO.

TORQUE BEAST,
My best milage has been on #7. Wait till you try the Smarty before you think about stacking, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised and save a buck or two for that tranny. W/ all the different TM softwares and options softwares you will love your new smarty! Congrats on the plunge!

Hey, thanks for the help. It's partly your fault after talking to you pretty much put the icing on the cake and I had to at least give it a try. I don't want to stack anything. I want one programmer to do it all and I think the smarty is getting close. If this works good for me and I can control the smoke there will be a sc for sale. Looks like the best setting for me is going to be #7 and drive smart until I get my tranny upgraded. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Also thanks to everyone else that I talked to or replied with their .02
