I know it. I'm saving up for a turbo. just to many projects. Good thing is, I rarely run my truck to that high of temp. Just the occasional drag strip runs. But it's on borrowed time i can tell you that.

uhh looking at a 62/71/13ss from HTT. or a 62/65/13ss. I tow my toyota around with the truck now and want something tow friendly. And as far as horsepower goals, looking at a good streetable 550rwhp.

I've heard people say that but mine doesn't get too hot, not even towing up hills while set on 'performance, 1250 is the most I've ever seen'.

I think everyone has their pick and opinion. There are a ton of different programmers out there the thing is you just got to try them to see what you like and what each one has to offer. Some you may like and others you might not. So just do your research and pick one that you think your gonna like and then try to find someone that has one to see what they did like about it or did not like.

Your truck would handle the 71 wheel well, mine tows great with a little pressure and good programming. I'm slipping my OFE but that FE should hold much better. Very fun turbo, and sounds great too.

Thats awesome Rip. I've definitely been looking at that turbo. I was concerned about towing my little toyota around, but i'm glad you brought up that it tows well. I'm definitely looking for a fun street turbo that i can drag race with and build some higher horsepower. Thanks again man!
