provide ILLUMINATION!
Gang,
illumination is ... ehmm how do I tell you that now???

...We had to fix a bug in the S-04's software.

Yesterday in the late evening ( our time ) we had become aware about a problem with the latest update that affected a few S-04's. We've done a night shift in order to solve the problem ASAP.

At the end we found a stupid bug in the software, corrected it and published this new update. By about 4:00AM ( again our time ) the bug was a thing of the past.

I know, it's not nice to hear that a product has a bug. We did the best we could to correct the problem as fast as possible.

Sorry for any inconvenience!

Marco

Yet again Marco did it again. Heard a problem and came through ASAP. Great customer service. Another Reason I run the Smarty on my truck. Glad to see you made it home safely.

the fact that you admitted having the bug, and that you worked late to correct it (once found) earns my respect!

(I develop software for a living btw)

good job, and you get extra points for posting here to let us know!

Any update on the S-06 softwares always showing 2.09a, regarless of which version was installed, ie 3.09b.

We had a thread going a little while ago, and I though a few of us saw this. I tested several different downloads with the same result. I put 308a back on for now.

Looks like all the new fixed files have been posted. I can't test right now, Smarty is at home.
