Smarty is an animal, especially with the TNTR Revo POD. Don't really see how BD would even compare. I know 05 guys like it, but BD sucked on my truck when I tried it.

On the 05s only, I think it's to each his own. Some swear the Smarty is the best, then others still prefer their BD. I would only listen to other 05 owners that have both and similar mods as you. On 05s, it seems for every smarty lover there's a BD lover; that's ONLY 05s though.

I am no near the power level you are at but I had CL that I got from HTS that was supposed to be from Bully when they ran Pinks. I think guys are calling it Scary Larry. Anyway, it was defiantly strong but caused my engine coolant to overheat. (230+ in the 1/4)

Personally I would think that the Smarty PoD with its level of adjustability would be great in your application. The BD is kinda like a canned tune, 1 size fits all. The Smarty you can tweak to find your sweet spot for your combo. Also you can contact Bob and get the TNT-R that fuels hard till 4k.

I don't know much about the smarty. Can I adjust more than the power levels and timming? Is Bob someone that works at smarty? I think the TNT-R is what i need. The bully dog feels like it falls off above 3200 rpm. When i pull i run between 3700-4000 rpm.

With the newest Smarty wou can set rail pressure, timing and pick whichever software level you want to run. Then what ever software level you choose you can adjust that from 1-99 to really fine tune. The TNT-R will throw full fuel to 4k. Bob is from http://smartypower.com/ He is the ringleader and the go to guy for your Smarty software needs.

Alot of tune say that that it is a 4000 rpm tune and it might be, but...do they fuel to 4000 probably not, any dyno graph will show after 3500 they seem to fall on thier face but smarty will fuel to 4000, go with the smarty you won't dissapointed!

i had the crazy larry on mine when i bought it, it NEVER even attempted to slip the stock clutch... i got it off and put the smarty 4.11 moderate, on 7 and it completely spun it clean in about 10 mins on the road!!! hahaha and thats just the 4.11, its unbelievable with 4.4 w/ my truck... i know all trucks are different, but THANK GOD mines a smarty lover!!! amazing power difference.. go w/ the winner man... tst stacked with it will fuel it REAL hard, just watch the heat... the water/meth helps there too...
