That is a shorter version of what other guys here have... Might be louder. Mine is 48" or 51" long and 9" wide and 4" straight thru and I paid under $70 for it at a local truck shop.
I also agree w/ ABC4Yew on the trans stuff... You're asking for trouble.

I have a six speed with an OFE. Also running the boost fooling program for aftermarket turbos, stock torque mgmt. I think my flex plate will be ok as it is laying in the garbage right now.
