smarty question

quick question for ya'll.

When updating the smarty (from the net), should i put my truck back too stock first??

it states that you don't have to, but for peace of mind you can. Whatever you want to do is fine.

sounds good....it is -20*F outside right now, and i dont want too have too go out for 5 1/2 minutes too set it back too stock, but for some reason i am willing too sit out there for 5 1/2 minutes too upload the moderate tq management....LOL....go figure!!

plug it in, push the required buttons, and go back inside while it does its thing.

I read somewhere on the warnings or warranty that you should not let your Smarty freeze. If it is too cold, I would set in the truck with the Smarty inside my coat!

hmm, takes a little longer for somethings ambiet temp to drop to freezing, i think 5 mins would not hurt it, but good thought...
