Might want to check your 13cm WG with the twin pucks... pretty good chance some of the guts are broken or bent unless you have the new design or an upgraded unit - can be tough to spool with an open WG!
What converter did you stab in front of the HTS?
Boost launch is a major PITA with tight converter, so losing TM is de rigueur.

well i tried TQ4 and it seemed even worse like its overfueling down low and puttin out the fire.
i bought this turbo when they first came out and the wastegate was WAY off it would only build 20psi WOT so i adjusted the WG rod and now i hit 40-45 pretty easily when i had my juice diablo stack i could hit 50psi. what all do i need to look for if it is a broken WG?
PS im running the 91% suncoast converter.

Welcome to my world...
Tight converter + overfueled = hard time chopping down the Tree.
Pull the WG cover off that HTT and check for loose pucks or missing pieces.
