I think #0 is the original tune #2 is the beta 4 tune. That is what I get from reading the post from Bob (#3).

When I try to download(about 25 times now) the CDM2.00.00 from Mads site it will only let me download 364kb's of the 379kb's. When I try to open it it says "Invalid or corrupted file". What can I do to make it download? I'm about to pull my hair out!!!!!!

Please don't make the adjust option menu in the Jr. any more confusing than it is by introducing Sr. information. You really had me and alot of other people confused.
I really didn't try to confuse you or anyone that you said are confused(alot)
Don't ask me why would smarty have stock and default timing settings, and things don't have to make sense in this world

It states there is default 0,stock 1, default low smoke 2.
I didn't say that default and stock are the same parameters.
From what I see, you can still have stock timing, option 1.

Laramie5.9, #2only

The confusion is coming from Bob's and Marco's websites. They say two different things for the Jr. That's why everyone is trying to get clairification on who's is correct.

According to the manufacturer, who should know more about what he produced the timing parimeter #2 says "Smarty standard" which leads one to beleave it's the standard software that came out in Dec of 07. The same for torque management says "mild" which is what the standard program came with.

If you take those two settings then #0 would have to be beta software.

Bob was suppose to meet with Marco this weekend to clear things up. Maybe too much wine and he needs some of this before he responds.

Reading a little closer and to what you wrote that makes sense. All I did was make a educated guess. I guess we need a little more patience which is hard as there was so much anticipatience for the Jr Revo. For me it was like Christmas morning!!

What do you think about sw3 then?! So far I have it on tq mild and timing 4 and it feels really strong, way smoother and just seems to like it. I love the way this thing runs with this setup...

Dude.....I wanted to get a JR. until I started reading this thread. Now I don't know what is going on and my head is spinning. I would say from a marketing and sales standpoint, they need to get some stuff figured out, and make these products a little more user freindly/understandable. I see sales going out the door because of this thread. These things should have been figured out before it was available to the public.

I just loaded my Smarty JR today for the first time today.
I test drove it and it ran smoother than the XZT.
I went to change it to "Performance" and it took three times before it let me scroll to the screen to change it. It seemed to be stuck on SW2.

Do you have to re-load the update every time if you just want to chane the HP/TQ options???

I don't tend to know any thing about anything, just reading what I'am seeing. Maybe we should start a pool on what setting is what.

what do you mean re-load the update, you have to plug it in, hit connect to truck, it will show what switch is already loaded onto truck, hit the right arrow, then scroll up and down until you find the one you want, either 1,2,3, or stock. Mine works like a champ.
