Its is timing only, thats how it gets its power.... Advanced timing is good for more power, as it takes less fuel to make "x" hp, so when you still dump in "y" fuel you get more than "x" hp... 40hp to be specific on the Jr.

I thought advancing timing with stock fueling won't increase overall power? With stock fueling all of the fuel is already being burned (with stock timing).

Is is being burned, but its the point in the powerstroke at which its burned that makes the power....
