Smarty JR and Boost Pressure

This may seem like a dumb question but what is the maximum boost pressure somone should see with a Smarty Jr on an otherwise stock truck?
Also, what color paint do I need to use to match the stock brownish dash color on my 06 Laramie?

Under normal towing I see about 34-35... Same with a WOT run 34-35.. I have seen 37 once and that was towing WOT, short burst, in 4th gear..

Now thats all on SW1 which is stock fueling.. I would expect to see more on SW2 and SW3...

Based on what I have seen with drive pressures I would try to limit boost to 35ish.

With my jr on my '03 I have seen a constant 24 psi on tow and 26 psi on perf level 80. I would say on your '06 30 on tow and 32 or so on perf.

Your 03 is still controlled with a boost elbow.. so the Jr won't increase boost.. On the 04.5+ stock will see 32, so when you take the WG away there is no limit.

I guess I should have elaborated a little more when I asked the question. The reason I asked was the checkbook queen has opened it so I can get a few items that we "need" for our tow truck. I just bought a set of AMP Research steps for her and convinced her that we need some gauges and a Smarty Jr. I have been looking at gauges and I didn't know if the 0-35 psi gauge would be enough or if I would need more range. Are ya'll running 0-60 psi gauges? Thanks for the replies guys.

The jr does increase boost #s. On tow I would see a spike to 26psi and a consistent 23-24psi on perf level 80 I see a spike to 27 and a consistent 26psi. 26 psi is considered stock boost though.

Thanks Guys. I know some of you have done a lot of testing with Jr. Anybody have any ideas on how to match the paint color of the dash for a dash pod. The steps went on today and I need to order the gauges, pod and etc. so I'll have them when I get my next day off.

Genos Garage has the OEM colors to match the pods to the dash.
