Thanks Rockcrawler for the response, I would imagine a 2500 4x4 w/manual would be close to the same as a my truck. I just re set my Smarty to SW1 TM2 TQ4 and POD to 75. Was just wondering what others are doing out there. Would be great if once we settle on a Towing Setting and just Driving Setting to put em in our Signature line for others to see????

Somewhat close to yours, my dad's '06 3500 SRW 4x4 MegaCab 48RE is showing roughly 19mpg according to the overhead/lie-o-meter. Hand calculated comes out to about 14-15mpg. I know the transmission has a lot to do with it. Smarty Jr. settings are SW-3, TM-Default, TQ-Default.

I run SW2 TM4 TQ4. I have version 5.13A and for whatever reason the throttle is far more responsive on TQ4 than any other setting. The truck runs great, minimal smoke and I treat my automatic transmission with great respect. I get about 21 mpg hwy and 18 average mix of town and hwy. My trans has a billet torque converter but it is just habit apply power smoothly.

ive recently switched to sw1/tm4/tq2 and i like it, but the truck loves it! the thing i like most about sw1 is i dont have to worry as much about the trans and i can drive the truck more aggressively than on sw3 and it doesnt effect mileage near as much. ive also thrown the rokkrech sensor back on at full advance and i love the way the engine sounds/feels. ive never wanted a drag truck i want a tractor-trailer. sw3 just started feelin to top endy, meaning i felt like i had to go 83mph to utilize that setting.
