so was all this waiting a marketing ploy? announce right as the x2 comes out that I almost bought and just in time for christmas so I can want it but the old lady wont buy it for me and if ibuy it I get my butt chewed.

More power at hand means less throttle needed to propel the truck. If you can keep your foot out of it, you can see some pretty extensive gains.

I think the Jr. will be perfect for my situation... I'm looking for more efficiencies and better fuel mileage... extra power would be a plus but not needed due to my light towing needs... i.e.: Motorcycles and light trailers...

oh and thanks to those that answered my questions... I think I get it...

I also am waiting for the Smarty jr and would like to know about the fuel milage setting. How much will it improve the milage 2-3-4-5??????(5 being unbelievable) How much will it cost and how soon can I get it?
