Smarty error while erasing memory

Smarty error while erasing memory
Have downloaded many times different programs on my smarty but now I tried to download the nov.14 version of the revo on my smarty and after a while it says error erasing memory. Smarty says empty memory please update. Does anyone know what is wrong?
